The Little Beach dive spot lies directly next to Monk’s Bay and is also only a few minutes boat ride from the dive centre. First, we anchor at a small pebble beach (hence the name). The dive starts in shallow water. The first stretch is a dive along overhangs and small tunnels filled with swarms of small fish. At a depth of about 20 metres, you reach a large area of open sand. You can often run into puffer fish here which have migrated from the Red Sea. There are small underwater cliffs on the sand covered in attractive algae and bladderwrack. When you surface near the boat, catch a glimpse of octopus, and even squid sculling in the shallows.
